Bank Transfers Enabled for Canadian Members

AFTER MUCH DELAY WE'VE RE-ENABLED BANK TRANSFERS FOR CANADIAN MEMBERS!

Q. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO ME IF I'VE ALREADY ADDED A BANK ACCOUNT AND CONFIRMED MY MICRO-DEPOSITS?


A. Your bank account is ready to use to deposit by bank transfer for free or to withdraw by bank transfer for a fee of $0.50 CAD.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A DEPOSIT OR WITHDRAWAL BY BANK TRANSFER TO A CANADIAN BANK ACCOUNT?

A. Deposits and withdrawals by bank transfer to a Canadian bank account are processed within 3 - 5 business days.

Q. WHAT'S CONSIDERED A BUSINESS DAY?

A. A business day is considered to be a regular working day, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), from Monday to Friday. This does not include weekends or banking holidays in Canada and USA.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CREATE A DEPOSIT OR WITHDRAWAL BY BANK TRANSFER AFTER 3 PM EST?

A. This is not included as the first business day for the transaction as the required information has already been submitted for processing. Please count the next business day as part of your calculation on when the transaction will be completed.

Q. WHY IS MY BANK ACCOUNT DISABLED?

A. This could be for a variety of reasons; please open a ticket at https://helpdesk.alertpay.com under Banking Support for a reason specific to your account.
