Hi Everybody,
We have a bit of maintenance that needs to be performed on helpdesk.alertpay.com. We will be performing some upgrades to the help desk web application, which may entail a couple of minutes of downtime. We hope that the upgrade will be almost transparent to end users but there is a possibility of loss of connectivity to the AlertPay help desk while the upgrade is ocurring. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our users. Please bear with us while we work to make AlertPay ever more dependable and secure for our valued users.
