Quick update on Thanksgiving banking delays and South African bank transfer deposits

Hi AlertPay members,

We have some very important updates for our members, so please read the following:

Thanksgiving banking delays

Since Thursday was American Thanksgiving, a lot of the banks we work with were closed for the holidays. As a result, there may be a one day delay for most bank transfers initiated on that day through the United States.

If your bank transfer takes longer than six business days to complete, please contact Customer Support for more information.

South African bank transfer deposits temporarily disabled

If you reside in South Africa and/or have a bank account located in South Africa that is associated with your AlertPay account, you can only deposit your money by bank wire or certified check/money order at this time.

This is a technical difficulty on our banking partner's end and we assure you that we are doing the best to help them resolve it so we can to enable this service for our loyal South African members.

If you have any specific queries, please contact Customer Support.

Thank you for your understanding and for choosing AlertPay! Quick update on Thanksgiving banking delays and South African bank transfer deposits

  1. I just want to say it's awesome, but one there is one problem... someone bruteforced my PIN code, he login to my account, but he doesn't do nothing. Your PIN is too short :-) But thanks anyway, your service is way much better than that fraud and scam P**P**. Have good day.

  3. Hi,

Thank you for your question. We assure you that we are working diligently with our banking partners to resolve the issue with South African bank transfer deposits.

You can still withdraw your funds by bank transfer without issue, as well as by credit card, bank wire or check.

  8. Hi,

We assure you that we are still working on the issue with our banking partners; it was an issue that occurred on their side and we are doing what we can to help them resolve it.

Please note that you can still deposit funds by bank wire, money order or certified check in the mean time. You can also make payments with a credit card, if this is a feasible option for you.

Once we have resolved the issue, we will post a blog with the details.

Thank you for your understanding and have a very Happy New Year in South Africa!
