  1. hello, i just started to use credit card in website. but all my customer are compaining that they could not make payment due to the error massege thay got from the site. here is the error massege=: Your credit credit card disable by alertpay contact customer support. Pls help

    Whenever you or your customers receive an error message requesting you to contact Customer Support, you and they should contact Customer Support because there could be many reasons why they are receiving these messages.

    In any case, it would be a good idea for both you and your customers to look into the issue by contacting our Support team: https://www.alertpay.com/info/ContactUs.aspx

    They will be able to help you resolve whatever issue is preventing your customers from making their payments.

  3. It;s been months since you said you'll offer a shopping cart (nor just selling one item at a time) for your customers in the business tools as a courtesy service. When will you do this?

    At the moment we do not offer an AlertPay shopping cart, but we are working on it just as we are working on many other exciting projects.

    As an alternative for people who would like to integrate a shopping cart into their solution, we can recommend some third-party shopping carts until we have developed our own.
