Join our exciting discussion on website pet peeves!

Hi everyone,

We just posted a new discussion on Facebook about your biggest website pet peeves.

Ever go to a website and the page takes way too long to load? Or click on a broken link when you really really want to know where it goes? Or you have no idea where you are, what you're looking at and what to do next? Haven't we all.

We're sure you all have had similar experiences, on our website or on a different website, and we want you to share it with us!

  1. What are the chances of the Alertpay Debit Card coming out any time soon? It was announced back in 2008 and its already 2010 just curious what is going on since you guys are already moving on to new things like a new website design. The Current one is perfect and easy to use by the way. I hope things do not end up more difficult.

    Regarding the AlertPay debit card, we are still working out some issues that need to be worked out before we can even think about offering a debit card. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a time line as to when they will be available.

    In the mean time, we urge our members to try withdrawing money to their own credit/debit card. We offer credit/debit card withdrawals in three currencies (and more to come very soon): USD, EUR and GBP. No other payment processor out there offers the same thing as we do!

    Please note that in order to withdraw funds to your debit card, it must be issued by Visa and MasterCard and bear either of their logos. Regular bank-issued debit cards are not yet supported for debit card withdrawal.

    I open an account on alertpay with on 19th Dec,2009. but it still unverified, i submitted all the documents with clear view. please tell me what should i do to verify my account?

    Your account will be verified once we take a look at your documents. We receive hundreds of documents a day to verify and complete account verification according to priority. We ask you to please be patient in the mean time.
