Attention Canadians: bank transfer deposits and withdrawals are still not available

Hi fellow Canucks,

We just wanted to update you on the present bank transfer situation for Canadians.

Although bank transfers are a depositing/withdrawal option usually available to our Canadian members, they are not available at this time due to issues beyond our control.

This is only temporary, but we do not have a time line as to when they will be available again. But they will be... eventually.

Here's the good news though...

You can deposit and withdraw by BANK WIRE for the same fee as a bank transfer and in Canadian dollars. So, it's like a bank transfer, but with a different name. Not bad, right?

That's the least we can do for our valued Canadian members at this time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused a lot of you, but please know that we are doing everything in our power to bring back bank transfers.
