Phone system down due to power outage

UPDATE: Power has been restored and all systems are operational.

Attention members,

Our phone systems and computer systems are down due to a severe thunder storm in the Montreal area. We will also not be able to respond to phone calls & email tickets until the power has been restored. We do not have a time line as to when the power will be restored, but we are working closely with the power companies to ensure that this issue is taken care of as soon as possible.
