Localized banking in Germany, Switzerland and New Zealand

Hi members,

We are very happy to officially announce that we now support bank transfer deposits for members in Germany (bank transfer withdrawals have always been available and still are), and bank transfer deposits AND withdrawals for our members in Switzerland and New Zealand.

If you live in any of these countries and are interested in using localized banking for e-wallet deposits and withdrawals, you need to add a bank account to your AlertPay account. Just follow these steps to set one up:

1. Login to your AlertPay account.
2. Click on "Profile".
3. Under "Financial", click on "Bank Accounts".
4. Select the country where your bank account is located and click on "Next".
5. Choose the option to use your account for bank transfers (deposits and withdrawals) and click on "Next".
6. Enter your bank account details and click on "Next".
7. Review details and confirm.

Your bank account will be ready to use right away but make sure that all of your account details are correct otherwise you will have to delete that bank account and start all over again.

Please note that we store this data on secured servers and never sell or share it with anyone.

***The following is specifically for members who use localized banking with their AlertPay account OUTSIDE of North America. Members in North America do not have to follow the same process for bank transfer deposits.***

When doing bank transfer deposits, you will have to print out the transaction details and bring them to your bank to complete the transaction. It is of paramount importance that you include your "Bank Deposit Code" in the "Notes" or "Details" section of your bank transaction. Forgetting to include this code will result in delays in the completion of your deposit.

As for our members in countries in which we have yet to support localized banking, we are always working with our global banking partners to make localized banking available in even more countries. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
