As some of you know, AlertPay's own Firoz Patel, CEO and fearless leader, will be speaking at next week's International Startup Festival in Montreal, July 13-15, 2011. As a brand that has evolved considerably since its humble beginnings in 2004, talent is crucial to the development of a startup as it is at AlertPayand many other companies. That will be the topic of Firoz's talk: attracting and retaining talent.
This is something he knows more than a little bit about since AlertPay's original employees who all helped build the company from total obscurity to almost 7 million members worldwide are still happily employed and bringing value every day to the product and our own corporate culture.
