Upcoming changes to bank transfer options in Cyprus, Greece, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia

First and foremost, thank you all for choosing AlertPay as your online payment solution. We sincerely appreciate your support over these last few years in which we've grown so much.

There will be an important upcoming change to bank transfer option(s) in certain countries as a result of changes to our banking partners.

Members with bank accounts in the following countries/regions will no longer be able to complete bank transfer deposits (withdrawals will still be available):

• Cyprus
• Greece

Members with bank accounts in the following countries/regions will no longer be able to complete bank transfer deposits or withdrawals:

• Hong Kong
• Singapore
• Malaysia
  

Please note that all members in the affected countries can still use the country currency for currency exchanges or when sending money online. Bank wire deposits and withdrawals will also still be available without issue.
