AlertPay Update: (US) Check withdrawals

Delays in bank transfer processing for US accounts we have being experiencing are in the process of being resolved. Our team is in negotiations with a banking partner who will be able to service our accounts more rapidly than ever. Unfortunately, we do not have a set launch date for when bank transfer processing in the US will resume. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What can you do in the meantime?
Once again, we apologize for the delays in bank transfer processing for our US members. The issue will be resolved shortly. In the meantime, we invite members who need to make a withdrawal to take advantage of our complimentary ‘withdraw through check service’.

We realize our service disruption may inconvenience our US members, and are therefore temporarily offering the check withdrawal service without fees. Check withdrawals will be mailed 1-2 business days after the withdrawal is initiated by the member and should be received within 5 – 10 business days.

How can I take advantage?
US members can take advantage of this complimentary offer by:
1. Logging into their AlertPay account
2. Clicking on the ‘Withdraw’ tab
3. Selecting ‘Check’ under the ‘Mail’ option
4. Supplying the required information to confirm their identity

Please note: AlertPay can only guarantee processing time on our end. We are committed to providing our members an efficient service, and will mail out your check within 1-2 business days. However, we cannot be held accountable for any delays that occur due to external mailing services.

Check withdrawals are made out to the name and address that appears on your AlertPay account.

We expect to have good news to share soon! We will post another blog, Facebook and Twitter announcement shortly.
