Services should be delivered as promised or claimed in the website of alertpay. For example ir is mentioned within 10 business days the account verification procedure will be completed. But it is already 13-14 business days I applied for verification and still it is pending. Raised a support ticket but there is not reply to that either. I get an error message stating I have exceeded the limit of 2 credit cards allowed. I have addressed this problem several times with the support desk but don&#39;t seem to get the assistance I need. But the system says i insert the wrong email or password. So i click on the forget password and follow the step to change to new password. After change i use the new password to login and the system still stated the same message. I repeated the forget password step and tried to login but again the system says the same thing. <br /><br />But now i was able to login to my alertpay account. I wonder what&#39;s going wrong earlier. Hope this kind of problem do not occurs in the future.<br /><br />Another issues is, my account got changed to personal pro on 29th july 2009, which is not done by me, and i got charged with fees until i notice it on 1st august 2009. I manually changed my account back to personal starter and had already submit a support ticket.
